[Healeys] Spedo/Cable/Angle Drive - BJ8

This is often associated with the speedo cable being routed wrongly i.e. 
not in smooth curves. The cable may also need a good internal clean and 
a smear of clean lithium grease. Not oil. Beware of kinks.
