[Healeys] Spedo/Cable/Angle Drive - BJ8

The inner speedo cable is kinked. Pull the cable out of the housing 
and lay it on a table. Then roll it and you should see where the kink 
is when that portion of the cable pops up or makes the cable hop.

You will need to replace the inner cable.
