The best way to remove the trunnions is with a hydraulic press.  I would
soak them in PB Blaster before putting them on the press.

Any body got any ideas on how to pop the trunnion off the king pins.

Mine are frozen on.  Can I use a wheel puller some how??  I don't want to
wreck anything??

 

Heat??      I have to replace the bushings anyway.
