[Healeys] Lowering a BJ8

FWIF, I lowered mine by having the springs de-stressed by a commercial spring place.  They wanted to know how much I wanted and I guessed at about 20%----the result was perfect for me.  I do not like the high rear look of the P2 BJ8.

and the springs.  It gives a much nicer stance to the car..similar to a

Does anybody know the thickness of the blocks used?  I'm thinking of about
