[Healeys] cigar lighter

The cigar lighter installation is another of those optional items listed in 
the sales brochures, etc. that really didn't have a specific "official" 
location. It was placed where the owner or dealer decided to put it. Same 
with mirrors, switches for extra driving lamps, and so on.
