Ed,

Glad to see you're back to your old self.  If one prefers not to join then
they do not get a magazine or access to the club member's only area.

As the oldest national Austin Healey Club in the US the club does well to
foster growth.

I think the thing you are missing is that to receive a magazine (on or off
line) you need to pay membership dues.

I have yet to meet a Healey guy that was not willing to share.  But there
must be limits; I mean jeeze we can't just give stuff away for free.

Since you brought it up Tracy, WHY is it a "locked" site??  Is AHCUSA
"afraid"
of something??  If so, WHAT and WHY since AHCA is apparently NOT afraid of
things being read??  And I know of no Local Clubs' sites "locked".  Anyone
else??

What if a Healeyite PREFERS not only to NOT join either National Club
NOR "sign-up" for a site??  WHY should said person be "locked out"??

Isn't one of our Goals to FOSTER growth & appreciation of our cars, or did I
miss something??

You might enjoy registering for my "Joke (very BIG mis-nomer) Section" !!
Over 400 videos of one type or another (and I have about 100 to put up!!).
The process is painless and automatic (when this computer is on<G> which is
most of the time.)

Then be SURE to watch the TWO Aircraft Carrier Landings in WM*s area

Started out as just a bunch of grumpy Spridgeteers that wanted the type of
List and couldn't find.  Was about 50 folks.  Now well over 200 (BUNCH of
lurkers).  You can even opt for digest.  Same program MJB switched to<G>.
Not
a very busy one.  Dec = 373 posts.  Occasionally, there are even tech
questions<G>!!

Couple "T"s, 4 or 5 MGBers and 5 or 6 AHers.  NO politics.  Different List!!
