[Healeys] Shelley LJ31 jack with a BJ7.

The Shelley LJ225 is understood to be the appropriate jack for  BJ7s.  
 
If the LJ31 is known to have been originally supplied with a car, the  
Concours  Registry Committee should get the information to update  their records and 
guidelines if they have not been already squared  away.
