[Healeys] Fraud deals MGGENE

Speaking of fraud deals has MGGENE otherwise know as EUGENE HEREDIA, OLANCHA 
CA. surfaced anywhere?. He jumped bail on fraud charges in Lone Pine Ca. for 
selling a car to Europe but failing to deliver after of course collecting 
the funds (among other things).
