[Healeys] Luggage Rack Modification

My Luggage rack was modified slightly so that the down legs with the rubber 
end covers rest on the bumper support brackets. All the weight is on the 
brackets, not on the bumper itself. The rack has been on my car for over nine years 
with no problems.
