[Healeys] Car Vibration

Depending on the "age of the tires" it is quite possible that you may be  
experiencing tread separation. Your tires may look great visually and still have  
this happen without warning.
This quite often is not visible at the side wall and you may need to jack  
the front end up then rotate each wheel while visually inspecting the tread area 
 for a slightly raised segment. 
We had a club member experience this situation a year ago while driving  
about 65 MPH. He literally thought that his front end was coming apart.  
Fortunately his spare was in good shape and he drove home at a much slower  pace.
