[Healeys] 6 hour oil change

I use the Napa filters in my canister-style oil filter. Is the performance
of the spin-on filters better, or just a heck of a lot easier to change?

The canister looks like it easily holds a quart of oil. Does the engine
take less oil with a spin-on filter?
