[Healeys] Spring bar to bumper packing pieces

Hi Dan, yes one per mount bolt and they fit between the bumper mounting iron
and the bumper blade as you said.

I've searched the archives and can't find an answer to this and the 
exploded parts view isn't helping me.  Regarding the small square 
(curved) metal pieces that go between the "spring bar" and the inside of 
the bumpers- assuming that the spring bars aren't bent out of shape, do 
I use one  per each of the attaching bolts?
