Yup, true re the Peoples Republik of Kalifornia...Drive up to the smog test  
and bait shop out here, pass the emissions on bald tires and broken  
headlights and fail because your K & N air filter doesn't have a CA  approved silver 
sticker on it indicating someone failed to pay tribute to the  pols in 
Sacramento.
