Stephen,
There are the two hex head carscrews that hold the distributor clamp plate
to the spacer casting. Under that there is a single bolt with it's head set
into a counterbore in the surface of the spacer. Unscrew and remove that as
well and the spacer should pull straight out. The spacer is sleeved into the
hole, but should come right out.
