I have a stainless exhaust system that the SPO (Smart PO) put on the 
car I assume when he did his restoration on the car in the  late 80s.  
It is about the only part of the car I have not had to touch in my 8 
years of ownership.  I don't know who made it.  I think these things 
are low production, largely handmade, so part of the equation may be 
something we have little control over, luck of the draw.
