Hello Gordy;   From my catalogues, I have optained the following:
   
  Lucas Numbers
  100______1954-56____25521B/D
  100-6_____1957-59____25521D
  3000_____1959-60____25521D
   
  Also, the 1965 BMC Fast Moving Parts List shows pn 3H1281 as being the exchange starter motor for the 100 to 3000 MkIII.
