Hi Dave, 
I'm actually a trimmer at Heritage, and as my father
was meantioning, we have always had to stuff the backs
of the cushions (as origional) to fill the gap between
the cusion and squad at the back - using what ever
foam scaps we have laying around.  It is also crucial
to make sure that the molded latex cushion foam is
placed correctly in the cushion frame so it is not too
far forward.
