[Healeys] Front wheel bearings

The spacer and shims are intended to control the amount of preload on the 
bearing races.  Too many spacers and there will be too much end float and a 
sloppy wheel, too few and the bearing rolling elements will be too tightly 
compressed leading to early failure.
