[Healeys] Grill surrond question

Well for what it's worth, and to muddy the waters a bit, my car is #93 , Aug
1, 1953 build date and it has the flat top surround. No I can not say with
certainty it is the original piece, but the shroud is. So either the grills
are interchangable as far as the shroud opening goes, which could well be the
case, or sometime early on the grills were modified to the curve and some
early cars had them installed. If they were around and unused I wouldn't rule
them being sold off as replacements either. We know the design was changed
from the prototype but do we know there was no interim step in the design?
