[Healeys] Fuses, fuel pumps, tail lights and driving lights

Making the not-unreasonable assumption that a failed fuel pump might take a 
fuse with it the true belt-and-suspender approach would be to have a fuse on 
each power lead. Check the appliance for watt draw and divide by 12 for amps.
