[Healeys] Cam costs

I'm starting a rebuild on my 66MGB engine.  I know there is wear on the cam.
Several of the tappets were badly worn.  Moss Motors has a sale price on a new
cam.  Can anyone tell me what it might cost to have the original cam reground
(a stock, street profile)??
Am I better off just buying the new cam or sending my old one out to a
specialty shop?
Any help is always appreciated.
