[Healeys] scam again?

The car in the photos is HBJ8L/28794, and it was offered for sale in July 2006 by The Healey Factory.  The BJ8 Registry has a record of 3 previous owners in Australia:  Rex Malin, Eric Rudd, and Roger Beagley if that helps anyone in Oz to identify it.
