[Healeys] New 100-4 Grill Assembly

I just looked at the grille from my BN1-- pretty sure it's as original --  
the tabs on the surround are fastened to the outer flange on the slat 
assembly with very short (+/- 1/4") sheet-metal screws.  Can't understand 
why the tabs don't have holes in them.
