[Healeys] Saftey gauge rebuilder

Who does the list recommend to rebuild the oil/water temp gauge and re-plate the capillary tube?? My temp gauge works, but will not go past 185 degrees in a pot of boiling water.? I assume it is stuck somehow, but I would rather send it to a rebuilder that try to clean and repair it myself?since I need to have the tube replated too.
