[Fot] Get ready for the Kastner Cup at Lime Rock!

Believe me, I know. I started from the back (had to fix the clutch) and had to pass everyone at least twice, sometimes three times. But I was mostly up against cars that were fast in a straight. Big fun though.

If you haven't tried driving traffic at Lime Rock, I can tell you that it can be a nightmare. Anywhere you give up a corner to let a faster car pass, you loose between 1.5 and 4 seconds a lap. Even with a 20 minute feature, with our diverse run group your top 10 cars will be lapping the field 2 or maybe even three times.

If driving your race car on the street is not your thing, it is well worth finding your way to Falls Village to take in the scene.

If our numbers exceed a safe run group, we may be forced to put some cars in a more appropriate run group, that may apply to cars on both ends of the timing sheet. If your Triumph is prepped beyond vintage specs, your tire choice will play a big factor on where you run. But rest assured for the main event, all the Triumphs will together for the Kastner Cup race!
