[Fot] TR3 headers

I’m probably bucking the trends here. I run the stainless falcon tri-y. If you believe theory behind header designs, the shorter primaries will favor low to mid range torque over high rpm horsepower. Since I built my race motor around the concept of accentuating torque, I went with these. Been running them since 2010 and they are still in great condition. Do I make the most power, no. Does my car pull out of the corners? Hell yeah.
One draw back with my engine combo. It drops out of that nice fat torque curve at anything over 6500. I know some other guys that run TR 3/4 motors that will pull another 1000 rpm making power.
I guess it comes down to the whole package. Match your headers to your engine.
