[Fot] TR6 Porterfield R-4 Rear Brake Shoes

We use whatever compound that is meant by them for autocross, don’t remember the number, once you order from them they have that info on file and you need only to re-order and they have the specs. They did my TR3 rear shoes, and it seems that I had to give them the old shoes first which wasn’t a problem for me since I was less than 15 miles away.  I delt with Paul Jr.

Thanks and will give Carbotech a call – was not aware they would reline brake shoes since it is not mentioned on their site.

Do you use the XP8 or XP10 compound?

They are also in Charlotte, 877 899 5024 I think the shoes are made somewhere in Ohio but they can tell you

Porterfield is continuing to have production problems (since January) with the TR6 234 R-4 brake shoes due to curing issues and are trying a new resin.  In the meantime, is there another compatible product/brand for racing?

I like to have a back up set.
