Hi - it looks like oversize valves are available. I have used them in the past and had them cut down so that my heads were by the rule book legal. I could still do that, but I was looking for off the shelf stuff that I can use to get one of my motors running before I pickle the car for the winter.
I'll keep poking around.
I still have to figure out how I bent valve in the first place. I sure it wasn't due to missing a shift and revving to over 7k. ;-)

Are the oversized valves available? I have machined oversized valves down to standard size to be able to use them. Takes more time and work, but if you need the valves, it is doable. JoeB

Hi,
I've been cruising the web looking at valves for a couple of projects and it looks like the usual sources are listing the fancier 21 4N valves in standard sizes as unavailable or in less than full set quantities. Can anyone shed light on this issue?
As-of right now, I'm SOL on one project because of this.
I'm not looking at big valves... just stock-size (1.43 intakes and 1.28 exhausts, but the forged 21 4N jobs that come with the back side cut - sometimes referred to as "gas flowed".
