[Fot] TR6 Intake and Exhaust Valve Availability

I’ve often thought, but never spent the time, that there is likely a more modern motor that has valves of similar enough dimensions that we could use them with some amount of machine work.
Has any gone down this path for TR6 or TR4 motors?
