[Fot] Grattan Raceway is up for sale

If I remember correctly, it went up for sale in 2019. Initially, the asking
price was in the $4 million range, but now it is make offers. Not all of
the family wants to sell. The article says it was recently repaved, some
parts were, but not all of the track.
