[Fot] Grattan Raceway is up for sale

The asking price for the Grattan track and property is around about 7 million. It’s been for sale for several years now. Luckily they want to sell it to a party that will keep it alive as a racetrack. Which is nice of course , but a hope that may not last forever.
If anyone has 7 million+  laying around, I’ll quit my job and run the facility for a simple race for pay arrangement. 
It would be my dream come true. 
It is a great property ...
Some vision and many upgrades would help it Triumph.
