[Fot] New engine priming on TR4

I am priming my rebuilt engine before starting, I have a drill connected to a spare distributor shaft which is in the oil pump groove, I run it in reverse, correct?

I don't see any oil coming up to rocker shaft, should I be?

How can I tell if it is working?

Using Brad Penn 30wht break in oil.
