Subject: [Fot] Alloy water pump housing - Spit/GT6/TR6

As I’m prepping parts for an engine re-assembly, hefting the stock cast iron housing, I realized I’ve seen alloy ones for sale.  The stock piece weighs 8 lbs with the water pump attached.  That’s a decent hunk of metal on the forward part of a nose-heavy GT6!  I could probably knock off 4-5 lb.
Has anyone used the alloy ones - do they seem to be dimensionally accurate?  Any failures?
Rimmer has them in different styles for the various engines https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-307095A
