Hi Jay,
       The policy I found for PVGP stated:



*Refund PolicyYour race entry will be fully refunded if you notify
the Event Chairman <kenmurin at parkerplasticscorp.com> or Registrar
<jrporsche at comcast.net> before your tires hit the track on Friday morning.
If your car breaks during Test & Tune your weekend race entry fee will be
refunded, but not your Test & Tune fee.*
