[Fot] Kastner Cup Tire Regulations

Curt,
      I am very familiar with the VRG tire rules and common sense.  Many of
us are running cars with SCCA history (full racing slicks) that have been
converted to run vintage legal rubber.

My main complaint in this matter is the rules you provided to all of FOT
back in March were very clear on what tires would/would not be acceptable
at Kastner Cup.  To change those rules less than 3 wheels prior to the
event is a disappointment to all of us who were excited for an even playing
field.  This should've been communicated to all racers long ago.
