The 72's are too heavy and will definitely slow you down, so absolutely go with the 60's otherwise you're cheating, Jacobsen.

Subject: [Fot] TR-3 race tires and wheels

Triumph racers,
Karen and I are looking to get our TR-3 together so I can race it in the Kastner Cup next year at RA (she'll race her TR-6), and I am looking for some insight on wire wheel sizes people are using. I will be running wires likely with Hoosier Speedsters, and am curious what others are using. 72 spoke, or 60? 15 x 5" or 15 x 6"?
