1962 TRIUMPH SPITFIRE Race car . Period correct except for safety upgrades
and certain performance upgrades aimed at reliability.

- SCCA Logbooks back to 1976, SVRA logbook, Current annual techs with SCCA,
VDCA, VSCDA.
- Car was completely rebuilt in 2020-21, all mechanicals  replaced or
refurbished.
- Rick Cline 1147 cc , Nitrided crank, Custom rods and pistons, 20 over
rods and mains, Kas A8 cam. 12.5 comp.
  Lightened steel flywheel with ARP,s, Oberg and inline filter system.
- Late model Spit box, 4.11 locked diff ( big axle) , Comp. racing axles.
- Rewired throughout, Mini Denso alternator, Optima battery
- NEW complete ATL 8 gal. fuel cell.
- New onboard fire system with an additional 5 lb hand held.
- New calipers, dual M/C,s, Cross drilled rotors, Hawk Pads.
- Konis up front, Adjustable Spax in rear, Adjustable 7/8ths front sway
bar, solid mounts.
- 6 inch GB alloys , 7/16th studs .
- Car can accomodate tall driver. Drivers floor lowered.

Last raced at Blackhawk Farms with VSCDA June 2022, 1.29-1.30 lap times.
Approx. 11 hours now on complete car. Will be at Kastner Cup as my backup
car.
