If they are really determined they can steal anything. However, there are things that make them move on to someone else’s stuff that is an easier target. This is the only tongue lock we will use. It is called The Vault. Made in the us. Very heavy gauge steal. Lock aimed down so it is hard to work. Designed to be hard to pry. Expensive in the world of locks. But a very good deterrent.
