 Sean there's no real exact direct correlation between the head thickness & volume; valve size, depth, head configuration (flat or dished), & any material removed to radius the edge of the wall leading into the squish area are factors as well.Just as a rough example though, 3.175 will leave approx 46-47CC in the chamber.
