 Hi John.  Sorry to hear about your crash.  What was the event?  Had I known that they were running vintage events at Charlotte Motor Speedway, I would have liked to drop by.  I am in Charlotte every other week for treatment, and recently got my Covid shots at CMS.  Great spot for it, the shots were administered in the garages in the infield.
I built a very nice TR-3B when I retired from active racing in the late 90's.  Phil Bradbury (who now lives just down the road from me..,. go figure) bought the car from me and raced it for a number of years.  He asked me to co-drive with him in an enduro at Mid-Ohio few years later.  I know Phil traded the car for a race Camaro, but I'm not sure what happened to it after that.  I've never seen it race since.  Does anyone on the list know where my old TR-3B is these days?  It was British Racing Green and had a full cage in it.  If anyone has info as to it's whereabouts, please let me or John know.  The last I knew, it was in the Southeast somewhere.

I am sad to report that my Yellow TR3A was completely destroyed at Charlotte Motor Speedway yesterday when I hit the inside retaining wall on the back straight at 110 mph.  Fortunately I hit rear end first and was not injured.  It occurred when I was passing a Miata about half way down the NASCAR back straight at 110 MPH.  I was passing him in the middle of the three lanes when he moved up into the middle lane to block me causing me to avoid him by moving to the outside of the three lanes.  The Miata driver claims I came down on him, I am certain I did not, and those who witnessed the crash agree with me, but so be it.  I am now in the market for another 3 or 4.  If any of you know of a potential car, please let me know.  Cheers!
