[Fot] DCOE choke tubes

So to answer my own question, it appears that the choke tubes with no holes
for the idle air ballance circuit work perfectly in the newer style dcoe's
..I just turned the screws in till they touched the choke tubes, tightened
the lock nuts and put the rest together. It runs very well..
