[Fot] TR4 Pressure Plate

I need to replace my pressure plate for the race car. I use a stock setup. My throw-out bearing has a rounded face, and the pressure plate in the car has "bent fingers". The spare that I have is a Sachs with straight fingers.
Can I use the same throw-out bearing.
