[Fot] Roadster Factory Filings

Agree TRF is trying to keep the good going. They have always been pretty good for my TR4A, TR250 parts and what they have for my several Spitfires.
Parts availability the past year or two is not what it was from TRF. TRF quality is generally better than Moss, although Moss, BPNW and others do sell TRF sourced parts...it’s all a mixed bag. Check & verify what they (all of the suppliers) have and that it meets your needs/standards.
I miss Uncle Dave, agree he never was unable to find an answer to questions and usually had a viable work around, if something was unavailable.
Charles was dreamer and a great marketing person! He did a lot for our cars/hobby.
I looked at CIP and it wasn’t for me, nor the TRF car club, nor the motoring and avaiation society.
For what the investors facilitated in TRF making new parts & keeping others available - I personally thank you!
Never the less, The Investors should not have found themselves in a situation where there was no life insurance policy as was stated by Charles/TRF - sad, frustrating, maddening for sure.

Others may then make the decision to do business or not. People are being silenced every day, things are being restricted when it comes to free speech, we can not allow this forum to become that type of place. We have the right to agree or disagree with what is being stated, don't let that be taken away like so many things have been lately. Most importantly, don't turn this forum into a battleground over anything, it's here to promote our love of these cars and the people (family) that we all have because of them.

It does appear that they engaged in a business practice that hurt people financially who supported them. Why should the people who were effected be silenced?

But we think it is good for all to have the opportunity to express their concerns and inform others to be aware.
