[Fot] Roadster Factory Filings

 Just remember, before he died, we all loved Charles Runyan.  I, for one, don't need or want to hear any unfortunate news about his business skills.  He still did a lot for the sports car hobby.

The Roadster Factory could have handled their business differently if they did not wish receive the negative press on forums.  That was their choice and they have to live with the consequences of that.  One of those consequences will be people expressing frustrations.

Not every thread that comes through FOT is of interest to all members.  We feel that is what the ”delete” key is for.  If we are not interested in a topic, we delete the email.  Pretty simple.  But we think it is good for all to have the opportunity to express their concerns and inform others to be aware.
Just my two sense, in a time when so many people are trying to silence those who do not agree with them.
Freedom of speech is an important principle.

I applied to move to PA and work for TRF back in the late 80’s, but Charles took 3 months to reply and offer me a job, and by then I had moved to another state and started a new job.   (I never invested.)   —Justin

Subject: [External] [Fot] Roadster Factory Filings I see many new filings sent directly to the court regarding The Roadster Factory court case and Runyon's Investment Program debts.  I did send an email to to their  attorney early on.  Is this sufficient for the court to consider what I am owed.
