[Fot] Diff setup

Hi John,

 

I did measure on many bearings and they are made so exact, that I ‘ve never found any differences.

The manufacturing quality of Timken, SKF and others are excellent.

Chris, do you measure the height of the old and new bearing and race?

I have made myself a set of dummy bearings to set up the diff.

The slide on without any tools.

When the adjustment is done, I replace the dummies with the new bearing set and work is done.
