Economically Milwaukee's Mitchel International Airport is the most convenient.  Chicago's O'Hare or Midway might be cheaper, BUT believe not having to deal with Chicago's mega-urban congestion is worth millions.

Blackhawk Farms Raceway is about a convenient hour and a half's drive from the Milwaukee airport, all but the last couple miles via 'interstate' roads.

Yikes. I better start planning. Fly in to some airport, rent a car and 
reserve a room at some hotel. That kind of stuff. Event will be here 
sooner than I think.
