[Fot] Anyone recognize this TR6 in old race photo

Well, I did a search and came up with a driver named, Stan Trumbower, #86 TR6 from Iowa. He ran the number 86 in '69 only. 
For the #98 Cobra, I found a driver list from a Kansas race in '69, naming a D. Geishart. 
I found the info in the archives of, racingsportscars.com. 
Does anyone have anything else to ad?

Hello Friends, 
My godfather and name sake Dave Smith, driving the '66 Shelby Mustang, sent me these photos a while back and I wonder if anyone recognizes the TR6 in the one photo. 
Dave thinks it is Logan Blackburn. I'm thinking it might be as early as '69. It is at Road America. Does anyone recognize the track/turn location? 
Does anyone recognize the Cobra?

Note me blocking the triumph! And I thought I was a hero driver in a Shelby, getting lapped by a Triumph. National champion Logan Blackburn driving I think.
