I too recommend custom fitted braded tubing, and the size of the cooler we use is at least twice the size of the kits you find at Moss etc…..

I think it's common / best practice to run the oil coolers, I don't think I know anyone without one.
But what kind of oil temps does everyone see? I heard 250 from someone, I think I am seeing 230-240-250 in the GT which gets run harder. Summer ambient temps in the NE around 80

I run an oil cooler on my six and have a cover over it on cooler days. I'm
in the NW where it rarely hits 90°.
