[Fot] Auxiliary Oil Line Size

You could certainly try smaller, but -8 is a convenient size for all the fittings involved, both on the accusump and what you would likely connect to the engine. A 1/4-18 NPT to -8 fitting is easy to fit into a galley hole with minimal drilling and tapping. You also have a bigger galley than you might realize. the TR3 galley is about 3/8” and has four 5/32” (roughly) feeders coming off it. At least that my recollection. You don’t want to create flow restrictions at the source—if you have them you want them at the receiving end.
