[Fot] Welding Distributor

	Looking for pros and cons of welding the Lucas distributor. Most
operation will be over 3000 RPM's. Max advance should be in by then.
We will be running max 6000 RPM with WBC hot street cam and 10:1
compression with Ross forged pistons.

	If welding is acceptable, where should we start with the timing. I'm
guessing somewhere between 26 and 34 degrees.
